Introducing "Create: Rent-A-Plate" - No More Abandoned Shops

In this video I showcase a new mod called Create: Rent-A-Plate which has been created to solve the issue of abandoned shops. Instead of making a shopping district you can instead place down warp place that can be rented for a set period of time. If a player leaves the server the warp plate will become available for other players to rent instead!
